ADMISSION PROCEDURE

STEP  1 – CREATE ID

Create a Login ID for purpose of admission only using your current email address to which school will communicate with you during the entire admission process.

 

Keep the soft copy of the following documents ready before you start filling the Admission Form. You will be required to upload the same.

1.Passport copy (front, visa and back pages) of child, mother and father

2.Emirates ID copy (front and back) of child, mother and father

3.Birth certificate of child

4.Most recent passport size photo of the child

 

STEP 2 – FILL FORM

• Fill in the online form

• Upload all required documents

• Complete all formalities and submit the form

You will now receive your first SMS and Email confirming submission of admission form online.

 

STEP 3 - INTERACTIVE SESSION FOR KG I / ENTRANCE TEST FOR KG II TO GRADE V

ONLINE INTERACTIVE SESSION FOR KG I

• You will receive an SMS and email reminding you for the interactive session along with the zoom link and password.    

• Please note that the selected date for the interactive session will not be changed under any circumstances..        

• You are advised to keep checking the school website for your ward’s admission status. Follow the path Admission >> Check Form Status

 

ENTRANCE TEST FOR KG II TO GRADE V

• Admission will be based on the child’s performance in the Entrance Test.    

• You will receive an SMS and email informing you of the date and time of entrance exam along with the zoom link and password.    

• You are advised to keep checking the school website for your ward’s admission status. Follow the path Admission >> Check Form Status

 

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE & REPORT CARD REQUIREMENTS

STUDENTS SEEKING ADMISSION FROM THE O LEVEL SCHOOLS

Transfer Certificate has to be submitted before the 2nd week of June and student is expected to join school in September.

 

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM LOCAL EMIRATES (SHARJAH)

TC has to be attested from the previous school and other documents are same as mentioned in the admissions procedure.

 

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM OTHER EMIRATES (eg. DUBAI)

TC has to be attested from the previous school and other documents are same as mentioned in the admissions procedure.

 

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM USA AND EUROPE COUNTRIES

TC attestation is not required for the students those are coming from USA, Canada, New Zealand and European Countries. They should have a letter from the school and the original mark sheet of the last exam written. Other documents are same as mentioned in the admissions procedure.

 

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM INDIA

They have to register with us and they have to appear for an entrance exam when they come to UAE after completing the final exam. At the time of registration they should produce a copy of the latest report card either the midterm or half yearly exam.

 

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION

Transfer certificates to be submitted after the result of the final exam with attestation from the:    

           

• Ministry of Education or CBSE Board or District Education Officer.    

• UAE Embassy in India or Indian Consulate in Dubai.    

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs in India or Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE.

 

STUDENT SEEKING ADMISSION FROM ANY SCHOOL IN GCC AND  OTHER COUNTRIES.

Transfer certificates to be submitted after the result of the final exam with attestation from the :  

           

• Ministry of the Education of that country.    

• UAE embassy in that country.    

• Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country.    

• Indian embassy of that country.
